X-bit Labs ha analizzato le prestazioni in overclock del Sempron 3100+. Con un voltaggio di 1.5V (di default il voltaggio è 1.4V), il processore ha raggiunto stabilmente la frequenza di 2.43GHz, mentre con 1.65 ha raggiunto i 2.52GHz. L'overclock è stato eseguito con un semplice raffreddamento ad aria.
